  • 1/2 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • 2 graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pie crusts on a floured surface and cut out 4–5-inch circles.
  3. In a bowl, combine chocolate chips, vegan marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and sugar.
  4. Spoon filling onto each circle, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with an egg wash mixture of beaten egg and milk.
