  • 1 ½ cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 5 ounces sweetened condensed milk (about 180g by weight)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups (255g) white chocolate chips
  • 5 ounces sweetened condensed milk (about 180g by weight)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Orange gel food coloring
  • 24 pieces candy corn (or more if you want smaller fudge pieces)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8” square pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and 5 ounces sweetened condensed milk. Microwave at 50% power until melted and smooth, then stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly in the prepared pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  4. For the orange layer, melt white chocolate chips with another 5 ounces of sweetened condensed milk using the same method as before. Mix in vanilla extract and orange gel food coloring.
  5. Spread the orange layer over the chilled chocolate layer and top with candy corn.
  6. Chill until fully set, then slice into squares to serve.
