  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend together pumpkin purée, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut it into 16 equal squares.
  5. Place a small dollop of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners toward the center and pinch edges to seal if desired.
  7. Brush each pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
