  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, honey, and sugar until dissolved. Cool slightly before whisking in the eggs one at a time. Stir in baking soda and gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Divide dough into 6–8 portions, roll each into thin rounds, and transfer them to prepared sheets.
  4. Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden; cool on wire racks.
  5. For the filling, beat together heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold in sour cream until smooth.
  6. Assemble by layering baked rounds with filling; chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
